For usage-based services, VMP AI bills through GoHighLevel's prepaid wallet (see "Wallet and Auto-Recharge" at the end of this page).
1. Phone and Voice Usage
- Purchased phone numbers: approximately $2 per number per month.
- Inbound voice calls: approximately $0.009 to $0.012 per minute.
- Outbound voice calls: approximately $0.015 to $0.018 per minute.
Call costs vary based on call routing, carrier, country, and AI processing duration.
2. SMS and Messaging Usage
- SMS text messages: approximately $0.008 to $0.012 per message segment.
Messages longer than 160 characters may count as multiple segments.
3. Email Usage
Email sending and verification are bundled when LC Email is enabled.
- Emails sent, including verification: approximately $0.001 to $0.002 per email.
Actual cost depends on volume, verification status, and deliverability settings.
4. AI Conversation and Assistant Usage
- AI message processing: approximately $0.02 to $0.03 per message.
- AI voice conversations: approximately $0.13 to $0.16 per minute.

5. Workflow and Automation Usage
- Premium workflow executions: approximately $0.01 to $0.02 per execution.
6. Content and Generation Usage

- Funnel AI usage: approximately $1.00 to $1.20 per funnel execution.

11. Agent Studio (Advanced AI Agents)

Used for advanced AI agent creation, training, or large-scale processing.

- Usage charges are pay-as-you-go and based on actual consumption.

- You are responsible for monitoring your usage and wallet balance.
14. Wallet and Auto-Recharge
For usage-based services (SMS, calls, email, AI, and similar), VMP AI uses GoHighLevel's wallet system:
- Clients are billed upfront for credits added to their wallet.
- Usage charges are deducted from the wallet balance as services are consumed.
- When the wallet balance falls below a set threshold, the client's payment method is automatically charged to refill the wallet by the designated recharge amount.
- Wallet credits are required to continue usage-based services; if the balance reaches zero, usage may pause until the wallet is recharged.
- Clients control their wallet balance and auto-recharge settings through their Company Billing and Wallet settings inside the platform.
